Children's Home Society of North Carolina
Children’s Home Society of North Carolina believes all children should have a family. Children’s Home Society of North Carolina works tirelessly to provide children with permanent, safe and loving families, whether it is through family education services, maintaining safe and nurturing foster placements for children while providing their family with the necessary support to reunify, or facilitating adoptions. Additionally, we offer extensive family preservation and family support services to keep families healthy and intact.
Children’s Home Society of North Carolina is the largest private, nonprofit foster care and adoption agency in the state, and has completed more than 16,000 adoptions since our founding in 1902. We are also known nationally for our award-winning teen pregnancy prevention and male responsibility program, Wise Guys, and our innovative use of Child-Focused Recruitment to help our state’s most vulnerable youth in foster care.
